1. Agreement

By downloading the PhotoDump app or using this website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the products. If you are under the age required to accept these terms where you live, a parent or guardian must accept them for you.

2. The app

PhotoDump curates photo selections and drafts captions on your device. It requires no account, uploads nothing, and its use of your photos, location and device permissions is described in the Privacy Policy.

The app is licensed to you, not sold: a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use it on Apple devices you own or control, subject to Apple’s App Store terms, which also apply.

3. Your photos stay yours

You own your photos and everything the app creates from them. Because the app processes everything on your device and uploads nothing, we take no licence over your content of any kind. What the app produces from your photos is yours to post, keep or delete.

4. Acceptable use

Do not use the app or website to break the law, infringe the rights of others, or process images you have no right to use. Do not attempt to reverse engineer the app except where the law expressly permits it, and do not misuse, probe or disrupt the website.

5. The website

The content on this site, including articles and graphics, belongs to us or our licensors. You may read, link to and quote it with attribution; you may not republish it wholesale. Cookie use on the site is governed by the Cookie Policy and your consent choices.

6. No warranties

The app and website are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the extent the law allows. Automated curation and caption drafting are assistive features: review what the app produces before you post it, because what you publish is your responsibility.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the app or website, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the app in the twelve months before the claim, or, if you paid nothing, to the smallest amount the applicable law allows. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for consumers in the EEA under their local consumer law.

8. Changes and termination

We may update the app, the website and these terms. If a change to the terms is significant we will say so in the app or on this site, and the date below will change. You can stop using the products at any time; deleting the app removes its data with it.

9. Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws applicable at our place of establishment, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence. Questions about these terms: privacy@photodump.life.
